and applying through it.
This page explains what you agree to when you use busybsolutions365.com or submit an application through it, including how our broker model works, what an application does and does not commit you to, and how disputes are handled. Last updated August 25, 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not submit an application. If you are submitting information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to agree to these terms on that business's behalf.
2. What this service is
Busy Bee Services Inc is a financing broker, based in Aurora, Illinois and serving applicants in all 50 states since 2013. Our website describes financing programs, and our application at /apply collects information from a business or property owner who wants to find out whether financing might be available.
We use the information you submit to identify third party lenders whose programs may fit your file, and we share that information with those lenders and financing partners for the purpose of evaluating your request. We do not make the lending decision ourselves.
3. Broker, not a lender
We do not lend money. We do not underwrite applications, set interest rates or terms, and we do not make approval decisions. Every financing decision is made by a third party lender, using that lender's own underwriting standards, and every approval is subject to that lender's own review and consent. We do not control, and we cannot guarantee, what any lender decides on a given file.
4. No commitment to lend
Submitting an application, a prequalification request, or a contact form on this site is a request only. It does not create any obligation on your part to accept an offer, and it does not create any obligation on our part, or on any lender's part, to make one. Prequalification is not an application for credit with a specific lender, and it is not a promise that a lender will extend financing on any particular amount, rate, or term.
5. Program ranges are not offers
Any amount, rate, term, timeline, or example shown anywhere on this site, on any program page, is a range that a third party lender has funded in the past under its own program. These figures are set by the lender, not by us, and they change without notice. None of them is an offer, a quote, or a commitment of any kind. The only way to find out what a specific lender can actually do on a specific file is to submit that file for underwriting.
6. No application fee
We do not charge a fee to submit an application or to find out whether you prequalify. You should never pay a fee to us, or to anyone claiming to work with us, simply to learn whether you qualify for financing. If a specific step later in a transaction involves a real third party cost, such as an appraisal, that cost is charged by, and paid to, the company that performs the work, not to us.
7. Accuracy of the information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit through this site or through the application, including your identity, your business information, your financial details, and your property information. Lenders rely on what you submit to underwrite a file. A material misstatement, omission, or inaccuracy can cause an application to be declined, delayed, or voided at any point in the process, including after prequalification has already been given.
8. Electronic signature
The application includes a field where you type your name to sign it. Typing your name in that field is intended as your electronic signature, and it has the same effect as a signature on paper. By typing your name there, you confirm that you are the person named, that you have the authority to submit the application, and that the information in it is true to the best of your knowledge.
9. Communications, and consent to calls and texts
We may contact you by phone, text, or email about an application you submit, using the contact information you provide. The application includes a separate, optional checkbox for consent to receive calls and texts, including calls or texts made using an autodialer or a prerecorded message. Checking that box is not required to apply and is not a condition of receiving financing. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller you want to stop, or emailing busybsolutions365@gmail.com.
10. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, and other content on this site belong to Busy Bee Services Inc or to the parties who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages of this site for your own personal or business use in connection with an application. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content for any other purpose without our permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit another person's personal or financial information without that person's knowledge and authority. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract content or data from this site, and not to interfere with the site's normal operation or access parts of it you are not authorized to use. We can suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates this section.
12. Third party links and lender sites
This site may link to, or refer you to, pages operated by third party lenders or other companies. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices. Once your information reaches a lender, that lender's own terms and practices govern how it is used from that point forward.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THIS SITE, AND THE INFORMATION ON IT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED, THAT ANY PROGRAM RANGE SHOWN ON THIS SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU, OR THAT A LENDER WILL OFFER ANY PARTICULAR AMOUNT, RATE, OR TERM.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BUSY BEE SERVICES INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, YOUR APPLICATION, OR ANY DECISION MADE BY A THIRD PARTY LENDER, INCLUDING A DECISION TO DECLINE, DELAY, OR OFFER TERMS DIFFERENT FROM A PROGRAM RANGE SHOWN ON THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THIS SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Busy Bee Services Inc, and the people who work with us, harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of this site, your application, inaccurate information you submitted, or your violation of these terms.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state courts located in Illinois, and you agree to that venue.
17. Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that finding will not affect the rest of these terms, which will remain in full effect.
18. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
