The application lives at /apply. This page is for reaching an actual person, whether you have a quick question before you start, a file already in motion, or a completed application ready to send in. There is no contact form here to fill out and wait on.

Email works best for documents. Send bank statements, a completed application, or a question that takes more than a sentence to explain. Put your business name in the subject line.

Busy Bee Services Inc is based in Aurora. Programs are placed in all 50 states, so your business does not need to operate in Illinois to apply here.
Ask for Beverly Warren, Regional Financial Advisor for Business and Real Estate Solutions, if you want the same person handling your file from the first call through funding.
Before you call
Have these answers ready
A short call gets you further than a long one. These questions come up first, every time.
- How much you are trying to raise, and what it is for
- How long the business has been open, and roughly what it brings in each month
- Whether this is for working capital, a property, or both
- Any recent decline you already have, and what that lender told you
None of this needs to be memorized down to the dollar. A rough number is enough to start the conversation. The point of having it ready is to spend the call talking about your deal instead of spelling your name three times.
What happens next
Three steps, no runaround
Reaching out does not commit you to anything. It starts a conversation, and either side can end it.
You describe the deal
By phone or email, tell us the amount, the purpose, and the timeline. Nothing gets pulled or reported at this stage.
You get pointed to the right application
Some files fit the general application at /apply. Others move faster with paperwork specific to one program. You are told which one before you fill out anything.
A person tells you where it stands
You get a straight answer about your file, including when a program is not a fit. That answer costs nothing and it is not a pitch.
Already filled something out
Send a completed application
If you already have a finished application, whether it is the PDF from this site or paperwork you started somewhere else, email it to busybsolutions365@gmail.com. Put the business name in the subject line so it does not get buried, and attach bank statements if you have them ready. It saves a round trip, and it means the person opening your email is not starting from a blank page.
If you have not started yet, the faster route is usually the online application at /apply. It takes less time than most phone calls, does not pull your credit to prequalify, and reaches the same desk this page does. Calling first is still fine if you would rather ask a question before you put anything in writing.
Straight talk
What a phone call here does, and does not do
Reaching out starts a file. It does not put money in your account by itself, and nobody on the other end of this number can approve anything on the spot. What a call or an email can do is tell you honestly whether your numbers fit one of the programs Busy Bee Services places, which range from $20,000 to $50,000,000 depending on the file.
Busy Bee Services Inc is a financing intermediary, not a lender. We do not set the rates and we do not make the credit decision. We place your file with the lenders who work in your kind of deal, and we tell you plainly what they came back with, including when the answer is no.
Some of those programs are fast and expensive, and some are slower and cheaper, and a call is the quickest way to find out which category your file falls into before you commit to either one.
Figures mentioned on this page, including the $20,000 to $50,000,000 range, are third party lender program ranges. They are not an offer or a commitment to lend, and every file is subject to that lender's underwriting and approval.
