Real Estate Prequalification
Tell us about the deal.
We will tell you what it can get financed for.
Seven short sections. Submitting this does not pull your credit and it is not a commitment to lend, on either side. It gives us enough to tell you honestly whether the deal works and what a realistic structure looks like.
What happens next
After you hit submit
We read it
A person reads the file, not a scoring bot. If something is missing we call and ask instead of declining you quietly.
We tell you where it lands
You get an honest read on whether the deal works, roughly what structure fits, and what documents a lender will want.
You decide
Nothing is binding. Prequalification is not a commitment to lend and you are not committed to us.
You should not be paying an application fee to find out whether you qualify. Third party costs like an appraisal are real and are paid to the appraiser, not to a broker. If someone asks for a fee before you have seen a term sheet, ask exactly what it buys and get it in writing.
Questions before you fill it out?
Call and describe the deal in two minutes. It is usually faster than typing it, and you will find out quickly whether it is worth the paperwork.
