This page explains what information Busy Bee Services Inc collects when you apply for financing, call, or email us, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. Last updated August 25, 2026.

Busy Bee Services Inc ("Busy Bee," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website busybsolutions365.com and helps business owners and real estate investors find financing. This policy covers the website, the online application at /apply, and any paper application you complete with us. It explains what we collect, how we use it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Busy Bee Services Inc has operated as a financing broker out of Aurora, Illinois since 2013, working with applicants in all 50 states. If you have a question about this policy, or about information we hold on you, call 770-906-7777 or email busybsolutions365@gmail.com. Beverly Warren, Regional Financial Advisor for Business and Real Estate Solutions, is the point of contact for privacy questions as well as for applications.

2. We are a broker, not a lender

This one point shapes everything else in this policy. Busy Bee Services does not lend money and does not fund or hold your financing. We are an intermediary: we take the information in your application and present it to third party lenders and financing partners whose programs may fit your file. Because of that role, your information is routinely shared with the lenders we are trying to match you with, in the way described in section 7. Submitting an application is a request for prequalification. It is not a commitment to lend and not a guarantee of approval, amount, rate, or terms.

What we collect

3. Information the application collects

The online application at /apply is organized into groups. Here is what each group asks for.

Applicant

Your full legal name, date of birth, home address, phone number, email address, marital status, and citizenship or permanent residency status.

Business entity

Your business's legal name and any DBA, entity type, state of formation, EIN, years in business, business address, business phone and email, and annual and monthly revenue.

Loan request

The purpose of the financing and the amount requested.

Subject property

When the request involves real estate: the property address and details, rents, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, and any existing mortgage balance and payment.

Experience

Your real estate experience, where it is relevant to the request.

Credit background

An estimated credit score range that you provide yourself, and disclosures about tax liens, judgments, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or delinquency. The web form deliberately does not collect a Social Security number. The paper version of the application has that field, and where a Social Security number is needed it is collected later through a secure channel, not typed into this website.

Transaction and certification

Liquid funds available to you and the source of those funds, other details of the transaction, and a typed signature certifying that what you told us is accurate.

4. Information we collect when you call or email

If you call or email us, we keep what you choose to tell us, along with the phone number or email address you reached us from, so we can follow up on your file. We do not run call recording or transcription tools on this line.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This website does not set tracking cookies, does not run analytics software, and does not carry advertising pixels. We are not building a browsing profile on visitors to this site.

Use and sharing

6. How we use your information

We use the information in your application chiefly to evaluate your request and match it against the lenders and financing partners whose programs fit the file. We also use it to communicate with you about your application, to confirm what you have told us, and to keep a record of the file as described in section 10.

7. Who we share it with

We share your application with the third party lenders and financing partners we believe may fit your request, so they can evaluate it. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the site and process applications, and we may disclose information where required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.

8. Credit information

Submitting the online application does not pull your credit. The credit score range on the application is an estimate you provide yourself, not a report we pull. If a lender needs an actual credit report to move a file forward, that pull happens later and only with your authorization, as described in the authorization language on the application itself. You will know before your credit is pulled.

No credit pull to apply.

Prequalifying costs nothing and does not touch your credit. Any hard pull happens later, tied to a specific lender, and only after you authorize it.

9. Calls and text messages

The application has a separate, optional checkbox for consent to receive calls and text messages about your file, including calls made with an autodialer or a prerecorded message. Checking that box is not a condition of applying. You can leave it unchecked and your application is still processed the same way.

You can withdraw consent at any time.

Reply STOP to any text message, tell a caller directly that you want to stop being contacted, or email busybsolutions365@gmail.com. Any of the three works.

10. How long we keep applications

We keep application files for as long as we need them to work your request, follow up with lenders, and keep a reasonable record of what was submitted and to whom, in case a question comes up later about a file. We do not keep applications on hand for marketing purposes once a file has gone cold.

11. Safeguards

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us, and we limit access to application data to the people who need it to work your file and to the lenders and partners it is being sent to for evaluation. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete information we are not required to keep for our own records. You can also opt out of marketing contact at any time, separate from a file already in progress with a lender. To do any of this, call 770-906-7777 or email busybsolutions365@gmail.com.

13. Business use and children's privacy

This service is for business and commercial financing. The application and this site are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site or the application after a change means you accept the update.

15. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute arising from it will be handled in the state courts of Illinois.
